Reacting to the news of his company’s achievement, eContent Founder and CEO, Cormac Ó Bruic said:
“We’re thrilled with our All-Ireland Business All-Star Accreditation for 2024. This accolade is a significant confidence boost for eContent, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in Digital Advertising. It acknowledges our team’s hard work and dedication over the last two years and the high-quality service we provide. At eContent we design and deliver specific targeted campaigns to meet and exceed our client’s business goals. Becoming accredited for this work is truly special to everyone at eContent. The accreditation process and audit were thorough, and insightful, reflecting our journey and the positive feedback from our team and clients. This recognition motivates us to continue striving for excellence and ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.”
Managing Director of the All-Ireland Business Foundation Kapil Khanna said: The accreditation, which is now held by over 650 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards but have nothing to measure them by.
He said: We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics.
