Last Thursday, we hosted our inaugural whiskey tasting event in Turin, and the response was overwhelming—we sold out in just a day! Located in Turin, we noticed a growing interest in whiskey, especially Irish whiskey. So, naturally, we organized a tasting event, and it turned out to be one of the most culturally diverse gatherings we've ever had.
An International Gathering
We brought together whiskey enthusiasts from an impressive 12 different nationalities, all under one roof in a cozy Irish pub. It was truly a night to remember!

Throughout the evening, we delved into the world of Irish whiskey, discussing everything from its rich cultural heritage to the subtle differences between Scotch and Irish whiskey. Participants eagerly absorbed tasting notes and explored various flavours, deepening their appreciation for this beloved spirit.

During the event, we had the pleasure of sampling a selection of exceptional whiskeys:
Red Earl Blended Irish Whiskey from Kinsale Spirit Company (Kinsale, Ireland): A smooth and subtly sweet Irish whiskey, representing the craftsmanship of Kinsale, a picturesque town on Ireland's southern coast.
Spirit of the Atlantic from Connacht Distillery (Ballina, Ireland): This whiskey captures the rugged essence of the Atlantic coastline, offering a complex yet balanced flavour profile with hints of sea salt and oak.
The Whistler Mosaic Marsala Cask from Boann Distillery (Drogheda, Ireland): A unique expression aged in Marsala wine casks, showcasing Boann Distillery's innovative approach to whiskey-making in Ireland.
The Glenlivet Distiller's Reserve (Scotland): A classic Scotch whisky, used in our tasting to highlight the distinct characteristics that differentiate Irish whiskeys from Scotch.
